Generally speaking, a group is usually 8 or more people, however this can vary based on supplier rules and terms. Many times, there is a minimum number of rooms that must be booked to receive group pricing and perks. This usually starts at five rooms. The more rooms that are booked, the better the perks!

It’s generally recommended to book group trips at least 6-11 months in advance, especially if you have specific dates and a larger group. Peak travel times for many destinations means that space will sell out so the sooner the better. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and secure accommodations and transportation. Flight schedules are released about 11 months in advance so securing group flights can be done well in advance and make planning a breeze.

Our group travel agents are well-versed in finding the best available pricing for your group and we’ll work with you to ensure everyone can attend the special trip.

Of course! There are lots of different discounts, perks, and special offers for every kind of group. It will depend on what type of group trip you are looking for. Your agent will work hard to ensure you are getting the best discounts and perks on the market!

That will depend on the group size. If your group is big enough, most resorts or tour operators will offer discounted or sometimes even free accommodation or trips to the group leader. If you are a group leader, it’ll benefit you to get as many people to go on your trip as you can!

There are a few options for this. Some people will opt to pay for the entire group trip by themselves. In this case, we will work with them to collect an initial deposit and then the full final payment. If each individual, couple, or family is paying separately, we will work with each person to collect the deposit and then final payment. This takes the stress off of the group leader! In most cases, an initial deposit is due to hold any space (flights and accommodation) and then final payment is due 45-60 days before departure. Further payments can be made in between that time, but they aren’t always required. You agent will keep everyone fully informed of their payment dates and amounts.
